Refund Policy

At Kulu Kalm, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on our products once they have been shipped, except in cases where they arrive damaged or faulty.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at hello@kulukalm.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item(s)

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Kulu Kalm reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if we reasonably believe a claim is false, fraudulent, or the product was not damaged or faulty as reported.

Returns for Hygiene & Safety

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund instead.

Proof of Purchase

All refund or replacement requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If a replacement is required, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items.
